In an exclusive meeting with scholars in ‎Manchester, Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri elaborated on the new ‎horizons required for the portrayal of Islam in the west and gave guidance to the participants.

Shaykh-ul-Islam emphasized the unity of Muslim Umma through ‎the promotion of knowledge, love and tolerance and defeating extremist ideologies.‎ He said that knowledge is key to fighting extremist ideology and bringing about enlightenment.

Chairman Supreme Council MQI Dr Hassan Mohi-ud-Din Qadri, Shaykh Hammad Mustafa al-Madani al-Qadri and Shaykh Ahmad Mustafa al-Arabi al-Qadri were also present at the occasion.
