On the 16th of November 2015 Halqa Durood Mehfil was held at Sister Rukhsana Begum’s house MWL (Membership Secretary of Alum Rock Bham). The ladies recited Durood Shareef for first twenty minutes in silence, followed by beautiful Tilawat by Sister Rukhsana and Naat Shareef by Sister Aisha. Sister Rukhsana Begum talked about Shahadat Imam Hussain (AS) from Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri’s book in Urdu and how Imam Hussain (AS) left this as world as a martyr. She explained that Allah (SWT) says in The Holy Quran that martyrs are still alive after they leave this world and go straight to the highest ranks in Jannah Subhan Allah. Dua and Salaam was done by Sister Rukhsana Begum.

On the 17th of November 2015 a Halqa Durood Mehfil was held at Sister Rabia Khanam’s house MWL (Welfare Secretary of Alum Rock Bham) where Durood Shareef was recited for the first twenty minutes in silence, followed by beautiful Tilawat from The Holy Quran by Sister Rukhsana Ashraf and Naat Shareef by Sister Sadia Ashraf. There was an Irfan-ul-Quran talk by Sister Rabia herself and Hadith by Sadia Ashraf. Sister Rabia Khanam delivered a speech 0on Shahadat Imam Hussain (AS) from the book by Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri on how Imam Hussain (AS) and their family sacrificed their lives in the name of Islam. Zikr was done by Sister Rukhsana and Dua and Salaam by Sister Rabia Khanam.

On the 19th of November 2015 there was a Halqa Durood Mehfil at Sister Rukhsana Iqbal’s house (MWL Dawah Secretary Assistant of Alum Rock Bham), where Durood Shareef was recited for a period of twenty minutes in silence, follow by Tilawat and Irfan-ul-Quran with translations and tafseer by Sister Rukhsana Iqbal. A hadith from Al-Minhaj-ul-Sawi and a DVD was played about Sirat-un-Nabi by Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri. These Mehfils are held regularly in order to gain the closeness and blessings of Allah SWT. The Mehfil was concluded with Dua and Salaam.
