Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr. Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri, the founder and patron-in-chief of Minhaj-ul-Quran International, addressed a grand training workshop on the topic of 'Nature and Shariah' in London. He emphasized that to implement the commandments of Shariah, it is necessary to change one's nature. Without aligning one's nature, it is impossible to perform good deeds. He urged the youth to mold their nature according to the framework of Shariah, avoiding all forms of laziness, negligence, and laxity in fulfilling their religious obligations.
Dr. Hassan Mohi-ud-Din Qadri, Dr. Ghazala Qadri, Shaykh Hammad Mustafa Al-Madani Al-Qadri, Shaykh Ahmad Mustafa Al-Arabi Al-Qadri, along with hundreds of scholars, leaders, workers of Minhaj-ul-Quran International, and distinguished Pakistani personalities from various fields participated in large numbers in the training session.
The participants of the workshop expressed their gratitude to Minhaj-ul-Quran International UK and Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr. Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri, stating that it is a great blessing for them that young people living in the West willingly take out time from the dazzling and fast-paced life here to listen to the words of wisdom from Dr. Tahir-ul-Qadri and to gain awareness about religion.
Parents participating in the workshop further stated that Minhaj-ul-Quran is performing a great religious duty by guiding the new generation in the West on the path of religion. In his address to the training workshop, Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr. Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri said that preachers, scholars, Imams of mosques, and orators should first implement what they preach in their own lives. The virtue that becomes part of one's nature will also leave an impact on the listeners. The Holy Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) was known as Sadiq (truthful) and Amin (trustworthy) even before his prophethood. His worst enemies also acknowledged his truthfulness and honesty and entrusted their belongings to him (PBUH) willingly. He said that it was this character that led to the formation of a highly effective group inviting people to good deeds and virtue within a short period, whose influence and benefits spread far and wide across the world.
He added that Minhaj-ul-Quran is a voice of truth in this age of turmoil.
“Our efforts are aimed at moral and character building.”
