Kuala Lumpur International Communication, Education, Language and Social Sciences Conference has conferred the ‘Best Paper Award’ to Chairman of Federal Council Dr Hussain Mohi-ud-Din Qadri in recognition of his research paper on counter-terrorism, violence and extremism. The paper encompasses practicable action plan to eliminate the causes of terrorism, extremism and militancy through education. Treating Pakistan’s educational system as the case study, broad changes have been recommended in the education system to serve as antidote to intolerance and extremist attitudes as part of efforts to fight extremism and terrorism.
Central PAT leaders Dr Raheeq Abbasi, Khurram Nawaz Gandapur, Brig. (r ) Iqbal Ahmad, Ahmad Nawaz Anjum, Major (r ) Muhammad Saeed, GM Malik, and Noorullah Saddiqi have congratulated Dr Hussain Mohi-ud-Din Qadri on the prestigious award.
