The final day of the seminar brought our blessed three-day programme to a moving and heartfelt close. The morning began with a touching session titled Arriving at Leadership, reflecting on leadership as a lifelong journey of service, trust, and continuous growth. The different profiles and characteristics of Team members combining to form one cohesion team was addressed by Qaisar Najeeb. This was followed by a hands-on workshop, My Leadership Action Plan, warmly facilitated by Bushra Riaz, in which every participant committed with sincerity to identifying and developing at least ten future leaders within their own communities.

The Closing Keynote Address by Prof. Dr. Hassan Mohi-ud-Din Qadri explored persuasion and stewardship in leadership, beautifully illustrated through the inspiring example of Sayyiduna Abu Bakr al-Siddiq (may Allah be pleased with him) during the Hijrah — a true masterclass in servant, strategic, and ethical leadership.

The seminar concluded with a heartfelt Q&A session and closing remarks, as participants departed with renewed vision, deep reflection, and a shared commitment to carry these blessed lessons back to their communities across Europe.A truly transformative and unforgettable end to three days that will remain in our hearts.
