Second day of the European Leadership Seminar turned with warmth and energy toward the practical side of leadership — communication, consultation, and the beautiful art of building strong, united teams. The morning began with a heartfelt session on handling disagreement and bridging the generation gap, reminding us all that true leadership begins with listening and consultation.

This was followed by inspiring seminars on Working with People & Teams, facilitated with great insight by MEC General Secretary Hassan Bostan and MEC President Bilal Uppal, who guided participants through understanding individual strengths and personality profiles to build balanced and effective teams. In the afternoon, our hearts were moved by a keynote address from Prof. Dr. Hassan Mohi-ud-Din Qadri on the qualities of servant leadership — listening, empathy, healing, and awareness — beautifully drawn from the blessed life of the Holy Prophet (peace be upon him).

The day also featured a lively and engaging Real-Life Clinic, where participant groups presented practical solutions to real organisational case studies before a panel of judges, followed by a warm and interactive Q&A session with Dr. Hassan Mohi-ud-Din Qadri, Mr. Shakeel Ahmed Tahir Sahib, and Mr. Bilal Uppal Sahib, alongside dedicated leaders and executive members from across Europe. Another beautiful day, rich in learning, reflection, and meaningful dialogue, drew to a close with hearts full of gratitude.
