On Friday 7th August, Chairman Supreme Council Sahibzada Hassan Mohiuddin Qadri led a Day 1 of lectures with the Executive members of MQI Denmark & European delegations, at MQI Denmark Headquarters, The Seminar focuses oo responsibility of leadership, interactive workshop on self-management, discipline and intention. The event brought together approximately 150 executive participants in person, along with 100–120 joining online, for important organisational dialogues focused on improving leadership and management skills, as well as personal development.

The day opened with a heartfelt welcome address from President MQI Denmark, Qaisar Najeeb, and Baji Bushra Riaz, MEC, reflecting movingly on the deep responsibility that leadership carries. This was followed by an engaging and thought reflecting workshop on self-management, discipline, and intention, beautifully delivered by Faisal Najeeb, reminding every participant that time is our most precious trust.

The day reached its spiritual and intellectual peak with a keynote address by Prof. Dr. Hassan Mohi-ud-Din Qadri, who illuminated the foundations of organic and servant leadership, drawing hearts closer to the timeless example of the Ansar and the blessed character of the Holy Prophet (peace be upon him). With minds enriched and hearts inspired, Day 1 came to a close as a truly memorable beginning to a week filled with learning, reflection, and meaningful dialogue.
